Parent Directions for using PickATime

News Release

Parent-Teacher Conferences will be held on Thursdsay and Friday, February 11 and 12, 2010.  Once again, Howard High School will be using the web-based application called pickAtime to schedule parent/teacher conferences.  Parents with internet access will be able schedule their parent/teacher conferences, print their schedule, and have an email reminder of the appointments sent to them. To access this program, please click on the scheduling link on our school’s web site www.howardhighschool.net.  This program is easy to use and can be accessed at your convenience beginning February 4, at 8:00 AM.  Parents will be able to access this program to schedule or cancel appointments until 8:00 AM, February 11 , 2010.  After this date, please cancel or reschedule appointments by calling Gina Falick at 410-313-2867.  Conferences CANNOT be scheduled either on-line or by calling the school, prior to 8:00 AM, February 4, 2010.  If you do not have internet access, please call our school to schedule your conferences beginning February 4, 2010, at 8:00 AM.. 

In order to access this program, you will need your child’s student ID number.  This ID number can be found on your student’s class schedule, Interim Reports issued or their Report Card.  Unfortunately, a student ID number cannot be given over the telephone.
